Joe Pozzi has been raising grass-fed lambs since the early 1990s. "At the end of each season, when I loaded up my lambs for sale, I was so disappointed that these beautiful lambs were being shipped to a feed lot and mingled with all of the other lambs throughout the United States. I realized that I wanted to provide customers with a different option — an option to eat 100% source-verified, grass-fed lamb. That was when I decided to develop the Pozzi Ranch Lamb® program."
Joe's Values — Taking care of my animals, taking care of the land, and taking care to maintain the economic viability of our farms and ranches. Joe thoughtfully uses resources and maintains a ranching culture on land he wants to see preserved forever.
